Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Exhibited success in a business development / sales role.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel in market.
• Motor Vehicle Records check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders at physician offices to increase center selection.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and market dynamics for service lines.
• Develop and gain support for business development strategies with leadership.
• Research providers to understand facility selection drivers and relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to explain center attributes and patient experience.
• Follow up with physicians and managers to grow case volumes at USPI centers.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding of new physicians and resolve provider issues.
• Prepare and present sales reports showing growth trends and opportunities.
• Adjust tactics based on feedback to optimize outcomes.
