Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Director-level Partner Account Manager to lead and mentor a team driving channel performance in the US. You will build executive-level relationships with strategic partners, guide GTM plans, and oversee ROI-focused campaigns across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in relationship-based channel account management, with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Proven success with National Resellers (e.g., CDW) and channel alignment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen in channel sales, BD, and GTM strategies.
• IT/Cloud software and cybersecurity knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers to drive performance.
• Build executive relationships with partner stakeholders from C-level to tactical teams.
• Own GTM plans and co-sell campaigns with strategic partners.
• Oversee quarterly and annual business plans with ROI tracking and optimization.
• Drive pipeline strategy and cross-sell/upsell initiatives across the team.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce engagement tracking and ROI reporting.
