Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a high-impact Major Account Manager to win new strategic logos and grow revenue across ~20 key customers. You will shape multi-year strategies, lead complex deals with senior decision-makers, and coordinate a virtual team to deliver outcomes in a channel-friendly environment.

You will own a critical territory, build executive relationships, and help top organizations navigate their digital and AI transformation securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, or infrastructure.
• Proven success selling into State, Local Government, and/or Education accounts.
• Strong understanding of State of Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Alabama procurement, budgeting cycles, and funding mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed (estimated 50%).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new, expansion and renewal opportunities across all accounts.
• Acquire new strategic logos while farming and expanding existing accounts.
• Build executive relationships and secure senior-level access.
• Develop and execute major account plans with multi-year view.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
• Prioritize effectively across a large book of business.
• Use Check Point tools to manage accounts, pipelines and forecast.
• Coordinate a virtual account team (specialists, SE, etc).
