Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep knowledge
• 3+ years of management experience
• All required active licensing
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Lead operations management across the sub-Region/Region.
• Set strategic and tactical plans; manage P&L and budgets.
• Develop talent; oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy enforcement.

• Travel to branch sites regularly.
