Qualifications
- 7+ years of insurance industry experience.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- All required active licensing.
- Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Lead operations management activities across the sub-Region/Region.
- Budgeting, goal setting, and performance reporting.
- Develop and implement staff development and succession plans.
- Drive process improvement and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with branch and regional teams on operational issues.
- Travel to and engage with branch operations teams regularly.
