Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with broad insurance operations knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams.
• All required active licensing for the role.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional operations management across the sub-Region/Region.
• Manage P&L, budget, costs, and financial goals.
• Oversee policy, procedures, HR processes, quality and service standards.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and development of the operations team.
• Collaborate with branches and regional sales on operational issues.
• Travel to branch operations teams for regular alignment.
