The role requires strong leadership, licensing, and a track record in managing complex insurance operations with a focus on client service and growth. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in insurance operations.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams.
• All required active licensing.
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management across the assigned sub-Region/Region.
• Manage P&L and budgeting for the sub-Region/Region.
• Build and develop an operations team with succession planning.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with branch and regional sales to resolve operational issues.
• Travel to branches to engage with operations teams regularly.
• Champion IOA values and maintain a positive culture.
• Drive implementation of core work processes and policy enforcement.
