Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Commercial Lines to lead the regional operations, strategy, budgeting, and performance across multiple branches.

The role requires building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and aligning with IOA's culture. Hybrid work is available with occasional travel to Atlanta area facilities. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and active licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• All required active licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic implementation and short- to mid-term plans across the sub-Region/Region.
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Budget understanding and management of the annual plan.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, including mergers/acquisitions.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed; drive performance standards.
• Collaborate with Branch and Regional sales personnel to resolve operational issues.
• Travel to and meet with branch operations teams regularly.
• Develop and enforce core work processes and IOA policies.
