Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging knowledge
• 3+ years of management experience
• All required active licensing
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management across the sub-Region/Region.
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L and control costs.
• Budget understanding and management.
• Communicate vision aligned with IOA.
• Build and manage an operations team.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Develop leadership and succession planning.
• Promote IOA values and culture.
• Travel to branch operations teams regularly.
• Develop and enforce core work processes.
