Insurance Office Of America, Inc. seeks a Regional Director of Operations for Commercial Lines to lead IOA's operations in the assigned sub-Region. You will oversee performance, budgeting, policy implementation, and customer service while aligning with IOA strategy.

The role is hybrid with 1–2 days in the Atlanta area. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of industry experience, 3+ years of management, active licenses, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Active professional licenses required.
• Outstanding people management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic implementation across sub-Region/Region.
• Manage sub-Region/Region P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Budget management and annual budgeting oversight.
• Build and lead an effective operations team.
• Recruitment and onboarding, including merger/acquisition considerations.
• Ensure HR compliance and enforce company policies.
• Drive process improvements and performance monitoring.
• Travel to branch operations to engage with teams.
