Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
No sponsorship for immigration applications.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles preferred; certain veterans exempt.

Responsibilities

Lead growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market trends.
Partner with sales to identify opportunities, support engagement, develop proposals, align capacity with growth.
Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, and procurement.
