Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive the performance of our Elevator Cab Interiors operations across the region. You will own P&L responsibility and oversee estimating support, fabrication, installation, field ops, scheduling, safety, and financial results.

This hands-on leader will partner with Sales to ensure seamless project handoff from award to customer acceptance, while improving profit and scalability in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• Construction management, engineering, or operations mgmt degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading construction, fabrication, and field operations.

Responsibilities
