Job summary

Schindler Group in the United States seeks a General Manager to oversee service, repair, maintenance and modernization across a regional portfolio. You will drive P&L, ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction, and coordinate field operations to meet strategic objectives.

Lead a diverse team, develop annual regional plans and budgets, cultivate key customer relationships, and align sales and operations to deliver value.

Qualifications

• MBA or MA preferred; strong financial acumen.
• Experience managing a full P&L for an industrial/service organization preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional business operations plans and budgets for service, repair and modernization.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards; drive fixed-price repairs.
• Oversee modernization activities (sales and operations) and New Installations in the region.
• Manage field service activities and ensure high customer satisfaction and safety.
• Lead a team with performance management and KPI oversight.
