Job summary

Elevated Facility Services is seeking a Regional Technical Training & Development Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for Southeast field personnel in elevator systems. You will lead CET certification efforts, oversee apprenticeship schemes, and ensure licensing readiness in the region.

You will collaborate with branch managers and supervisors, deliver hands-on and classroom training, and travel regularly to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical elevator certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in the elevator/vertical transportation industry with hands-on field operations, installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Experience in a training or supervisory role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training programs focused on elevator systems, safety, and industry standards.
• Lead CET certification process and ensure exam preparation and qualifications.
• Oversee apprenticeship programs and mentor trainees to advance careers.
• Coordinate licensing guidance and regulatory compliance for state/local regions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report outcomes to management.
