Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a senior leadership role overseeing installation operations with heavy travel (75-85%). You will drive performance, ensure SIP adherence, and maintain compliance with CPM17/GS110. Strong communication and team leadership are essential to guide field teams and large bids.

You will mentor technicians, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality installations across the territory while upholding safety standards and delivering client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry experience or experience leading technicians in a similar industry preferred.
• Experience working with field level associates required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance to Estimate in the branch offices.
• Ensure adherence to Sales Installation Process (SIP).
• Ensure branches are in compliance with CPM17 and GS110 policies.
• Drive NE QOP callback rate.
• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the new equipment operations team.
• Provide technical direction to field operations staff and participate in large bids.
• Responsible for the quality of all new installations in designated territory.
• Investigate and resolve all critical customer issues with the use of Otis and non-Otis products.
• Report and present on recommendations for all product designs and performance requirements.
• Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports.
