Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to provide leadership for field service and repair operations across the Midwest. You will train, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Travel up to 50% is required. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred, and 5+ years of elevator industry and management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead service and repair colleagues.
• Ensure quality of field operations and resource allocation.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
• Advocate for digital tools for service staff.
• Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service processes.
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
• Consult with service managers on performance issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver timely solutions.
