Eaton is hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions in the Southeast, based in Greenwood, SC. This hybrid role requires 25% travel and is focused on delivering operational excellence and profitable growth across the region.

You will lead talent development, improve utilization and project performance, and ensure safe, high-quality project execution while partnering with sales to align capacity with regional growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• Eaton will not sponsor work visas or relocation.
• Candidates within 50 miles of listed locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market and trends.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and align capacity with growth objectives.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, and inventory.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure EHS compliance.
