Job summary

The position emphasizes safety, DOT compliance where relevant, and effective communication with field operators and corporate teams. Extensive travel (50-60%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years' experience in a manager/supervisor position.
• Knowledge of oilfield/field operations and equipment.
• Intermediate to strong computer skills.
• Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all region activities including operations, strategic planning, financials, sales, safety, equipment, and personnel.
• Coordinates with operations and administrative managers to facilitate problem resolution.
• Plans fixed asset requirements, creates the capital budget, and initiates AFEs.
• Reviews financial reports to develop strategies for managing regional performance.
• Leads safety and environmental exposure management for the region.
• Advises Field Operators, Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers.
• Ensures Basics to Success implementation and oversees audits of effectiveness.
• Communicates with corporate departments on regional issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Must be able to travel monthly 50-60%.
