Job summary

H&S Energy Group seeks a Regional Director to provide senior operational leadership for a portfolio of convenience store and fuel locations in the Woodland region. You will lead District Operations Managers, translate strategy into action, and own full P&L accountability for the region.

This field-based executive role focuses on regional sales growth, safety and brand standards, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent execution and profitability. Must travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit retail, convenience store, fuel, or food service management.
• Experience managing managers across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of owning P&L results and driving regional profitability.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to develop district leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and supports a team of District Operations Managers with coaching and accountability.
• Set performance expectations and monitor KPIs, financial targets, and standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, ride-alongs, and provide real-time guidance.
• Oversee regional HR design, staffing, and role structures.
• Lead regional sales planning, budgeting, and cost containment to protect profitability.
• Ensure safety, brand compliance, and adherence to company directives across districts.
