Job summary

TBD is seeking a Regional Manager to lead LPG sales, operations, and safety across the designated region. The role requires building strong cross-functional relationships and delivering growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.

You will manage budgets, analyze market data, and report to senior management while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in LPG or related energy sectors; proven leadership in regional operations.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies in a multi-market region.
• Strong safety, regulatory, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LPG sales, operations and safety within the region.
• Collaborate with market GMs to support sales, operations and safety.
• Develop and grow wholesale LPG sales segment.
• Manage supply agreements for LPG delivered by vessel.
• Oversee supply and ship operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supervise and coach team members; establish training plans.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
