Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in field operations.
• Knowledge of best practices for the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must maintain a safe driving record as per policy.
• Successful passing of pre- and post-employment drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed district revenue and profit goals.
• Analyze district operations to ensure objectives are met and policies observed.
• Promote safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor job quality, safety, and standard practices.
• Manage equipment usage and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Lead and coach subordinate employees; performance management.
• Coordinate with Manager and HR on hires and corrective actions.
• Prepare district financial reports, forecasting, and weekly job reports.
• Schedule upcoming jobs and assign crews.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
