Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Regional Operations Support Coordinator to manage the customer experience for an assigned regional rep base and oversee the corresponding sales backlog. You will provide first-contact resolution and build loyal, satisfied customers through consistent, superior service.

The role requires handling sales orders, coordinating with production and distribution, and guiding internal teams to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, and navigate existing Power BI reports.
• Ability to manage high-volume requests and collaborate across teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned regional sales rep base and develop an intimate knowledge of each account.
• Manage daily operation coordination for the assigned regional rep base to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Manage and maintain regional order backlog for respective rep assignments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Demonstrate superior service for our customers on each point of contact as defined by Company standards.
• Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Accept and process sales orders timely, verifying orders for accuracy.
• Source sales orders to the appropriate distribution center and/or stocking location to minimize freight cost and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage the MRP process for assigned reps to replenish inventory levels.
• Coordinate customer pick-up orders in the Will Call center with production to plan and execute daily order schedule.
• Identify, communicate and resolve any problems in the fulfillment process.
