Qualifications

• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees regional customer service and operations to ensure efficiency in order management and backlog resolution.
• Drives process improvements and manages escalations to align regional performance with KPIs.
• Manages regional sales backlog, product fulfillment, and customer relations.
• Monitors inventory levels to control expenses and maximise revenue.
• Ensures timely dispatch of goods and efficient product distribution.
• Uses Salesforce and Dynamics 365 for reporting and training.
• Leads and develops team members with clear expectations and coaching.
