Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage high-volume requests and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain regional order backlog for timely processing.
• Provide superior service at every contact.
• Guide internal teams to meet performance targets.
• Verify sales orders for accuracy and process promptly.
• Source orders to distribution centers to minimize freight costs.
• Manage MRP to replenish inventory for reps.
• Coordinate Will Call pick-up orders with production.
• Identify and resolve fulfillment problems.
