Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 1+ years in customer service.
• Ability to learn Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, and to use Power BI reports.
• Capable of handling high-volume requests and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps and deepen account knowledge.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations and goals.
• Manage regional order backlog to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Provide superior service at every point of contact per company standards.
• Support internal teams to achieve performance targets and resolve issues.
