Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Manager – Regional Operations Support to lead regional customer service and operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient order management, backlog resolution, and high customer satisfaction while driving process improvements across the region.

The candidate will manage regional delivery, collaborate with Area Sales and Service Center teams, monitor inventory, and optimize cost-efficient product distribution.

Qualifications

• 5 years in the field or in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional customer service and operations, ensuring efficiency in order management and backlog resolution.
• Drive process improvements, manage escalations, and align regional performance with KPIs.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of customer delivery for demand and fulfillment targets.
• Manage the regional sales backlog, product fulfillment within Rep warehouses, and customer relations.
• Partner with Area Sales Manager and Service Center Operations team to deliver on sales targets and overall customer satisfaction for the region.
• Monitor inventory levels to manage expenses, minimize loss, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure goods are dispatched on time to destinations and in expected quantities.
• Oversee distribution to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer service at minimum cost.
• Oversee customer order workflows and resolve shipment issues with Operations teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies with the Operations team and implement improvements.
• Use Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for reporting and training.
• Handle escalations and improve customer experience.
• Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Develop team members, build engagement, and reinforce accountability through coaching.
