Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Regional Operations Support Coordinator to manage the customer experience for a regional rep base and the corresponding sales backlog. You will act as the main liaison, coordinate orders, and drive on-time delivery while partnering with production and logistics teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service, familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, and strong Excel/Power BI skills to optimize processes and performance

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, and navigating Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps and manage customer communications.
Oversee daily operations and regional order backlog to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Provide superior service at all contact points and guide internal teams to meet targets.
