Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Texas is seeking a Coordinator I, Regional Operations Support to manage the customer experience for a regional rep base and corresponding sales backlog. You will respond to inquiries, ensure accurate orders, and coordinate with production and distribution to meet timelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service, with ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, plus Power BI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel; ability to navigate Power BI reports.
• Ability to manage high-volume requests and collaborate across teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps and accounts.
• Manage daily operation coordination to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Maintain regional order backlog for timely processing and delivery.
• Provide superior service at every point of contact per company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Accept and process sales orders and verify accuracy.
• Source orders to distribution centers to minimize freight costs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage the material requirement planning (MRP) process for assigned reps.
• Coordinate Will Call orders with production to plan daily schedules.
• Identify, communicate and resolve fulfillment problems.
