- Monitor inventory, optimize shipments, and manage regional cost efficiency.
- Lead and coach teams; develop talent and ensure accountability across regions.
- Utilize Salesforce, Dynamics 365 for reporting and training to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and Service Center Operations to meet targets.
