Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Coordinator I, Regional Operations Support to manage customer experience for an assigned regional rep base and oversee the related sales backlog. You will handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure timely fulfillment while supporting internal teams to meet performance targets.

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Excel and Power BI, handling high-volume requests and collaborating across teams to optimize order processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Excel, and navigate Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned regional sales reps and manage daily operations.
• Process sales orders timely and verify accuracy.
• Manage regional order backlog to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate MRP replenishment and Will Call pickups with production.
