Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Area Support I Representative to deliver prompt, on-site services across multiple locations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role covers Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception, File Room, and Device Maintenance with flexibility to work at various sites within the region. You will respond to customer requests, maintain equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal service impact.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT availability as needed.
• May require driving between client locations with a valid license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide site coverage across multiple locations as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate Copy/Print Production and related services.
• Assist with Mail/Courier, Reception/Office Services, File Room, and Inventory tasks as assigned.
• Maintain equipment and respond to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal impact on service.
