Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead onsite and branch teams within a defined geography, driving growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will develop regional strategies, mentor Managers, and partner with Growth Operations to deliver best-in-class experiences for clients, candidates, and associates.

Responsibilities include building strategic plans, driving KPI attainment, and expanding high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• Leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships across organizational levels.
• Analytical problem-solving using data to drive solutions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and client satisfaction.
• Coach and develop managers to ensure consistent sales and service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Maintain client relationships at C-level and drive retention and growth.
