Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsite and branch operations across a defined geography, guiding Managers to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
Management of large onsite portfolio.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco's philosophy and practices.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and senior stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor monthly performance, KPI analysis, and P&L impact.
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
