Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead onsite and branch teams within a defined geography, driving growth and ensuring top-tier client and candidate experiences. This role reports to the Director level and focuses on strategy execution, performance against KPIs, and profitability targets.

The Associate Director will build and develop their regional teams, align with Growth Operations, and ensure high-quality service across clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem solving using data to identify and fix issues.
• Capable of managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team is trained and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Coach Managers and monitor ongoing staff training and policy adoption.
• Maintain accountability for SLA targets, client requirements, and overall performance.
• Develop strategies to grow share of wallet with existing customers and increase temps on assignment.
