Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, align teams to growth objectives, and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients and candidates.

You will drive strategic plans, monitor KPIs, manage forecasts and P&L impact, and collaborate with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to ensure superior service and profitable outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 5+ years leadership experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven ability to lead large onsite portfolios and manage multiple teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers for consistent sales and service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve SLA targets.
• Drive growth through strategic account management and process improvements.
• Monitor monthly performance, KPI analysis, and P&L impact.
• Ensure compliance with laws and budget adherence.
