Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding regional Managers and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. You will drive growth, develop strategies, and partner with sales, growth operations and implementation teams to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.

You will lead performance, training, and development initiatives, maintain client relationships at the C-level, and ensure operational excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure staff are trained and set up for success; recruit, develop and motivate Managers.
• Manage client relationships at the C-level and strive for growth through strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, budget, and profitability; drive process improvements and service quality.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
