Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director reporting to the Director level to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, developing regional strategy and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and drive growth.
• Ensure strategy adoption and training for teams.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate managers.
• Monitor KPIs, sales, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams.
• Maintain client relationships at the C-level.
• Ensure compliance and quality of service.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews.
