Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry; experience leading onsite portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional Managers to drive growth and service excellence.
• Ensure strategy adoption and staff readiness; recruit, train, and mentor Managers.
• Drive client retention, growth, and KPI attainment; manage SLA targets and client requirements.
• Oversee financials; monitor P&L impact, bill rates, collections, and budget adherence.
