Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches across a defined geography, building and developing the regional team and driving growth. You will ensure execution of strategic plans, optimize client satisfaction, and deliver measurable KPI results while collaborating with Growth Operations and implementation teams.

You will lead talent development, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of service across multiple accounts, with a strong focus on profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Develop and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Coach managers on team management and performance evaluations.
• Establish and maintain client relationships at the C-level.
• Audit Onsite and Branch activities to ensure service levels.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
