Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in the San Jose region. You will support daily operations, implement new services, and ensure top-tier service delivery across client sites.

Responsibilities include on-site coverage, mail/print/hospitality support, receptionist duties, shipping/receiving, and travel to multiple client locations. A customer-centric mindset and data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to travel between customer locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Data-driven approach with strong communication and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and front desk coverage.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, courier services, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain professional service and strong relationships with clients across locations.
