You will handle mail/print, hospitality, front desk coverage, shipping, courier coordination, and printer fleet management while traveling locally to client locations. The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, collaboration with management, and seamless onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to travel between client locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site services including mail/print, hospitality, front desk, shipping, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to support client operations and satellite offices.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions.
• Build positive customer relationships with a service-first mindset.
