Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client sites and ensure high-quality service delivery in a geographically diverse region.

You will assist with on-site operations, install new services, and collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights, while maintaining a service-first mindset and strong customer relationships across the area.

Competenze

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Data-driven, innovative approach with strong communication and customer focus.
• Physical ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite locations as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to enhance processes and ensure compliance with best practices; drive continuous improvement with data insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions, supporting Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive relationships with customers.
