Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to serve multiple client sites. You will support daily operations, implement new services, and uphold a customer-first culture across a geographically diverse service area.

The role requires on-site coverage, mobility with a personal vehicle, and the ability to travel 40–50 miles. You’ll collaborate with management to drive process improvements, assist with new accounts, and ensure high-quality service and client

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends based on geographical locations.
• This role requires regular use of a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license with adequate auto insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
• Some physical effort may be required including possible lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail and print, hospitality, reception, shipping and receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
• Assist in seamless implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships with professionalism.
• Demonstrate adaptability and accountability by taking on new challenges and delivering exceptional service.
