Qualifications

• 8+ years in biopharma sales with at least 3 years in Neuroscience leadership.
• Experience with injectable medications, payer landscape, managed care, formulary negotiations, and specialty pharmacy pathways.
• Extensive knowledge of access and reimbursement environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Neuroscience Specialty Representative team.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Foster key account and opinion leader relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards.
• Analyze regional business environment and communicate market insights.
