Job summary

Ipsen leads a neuroscience sales initiative in a regional role, driving growth across the neuroscience portfolio with a field-based team. You will recruit and develop sales professionals, craft regional plans aligned to national strategies, and build relationships with key accounts and KOLs.

The role requires deep neuroscience product knowledge, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize access and reimbursement across regional accounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8+ years in biopharma sales with at least 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of injectable medications, payer landscape, reimbursement, and key account management.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy pathways.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts.
• Analyze market environment.
• Manage regional budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Value & Access and Business Operations.
• Provide market intelligence.
