Job summary

Ipsen in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regional Business Director – Neuroscience to lead, coach, and manage the regional Sales Representatives, build the region's plan, and drive the execution of national strategies with a focus on compliant field activity and patient access.

You will develop local business plans, analyze performance, cultivate relationships with key thought leaders, and partner with Value & Access, Medical, and Commercial teams to meet or exceed regional goals and ensure aligned

Qualifications

• 8+ years sales experience in biopharma with a minimum of 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill / specialty fulfilment pathways.
• Extensive knowledge of the payer landscape and factors driving access.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Neuroscience sales force activities within the assigned region, including recruiting, hiring, training, development, performance evaluation, and compliance with Ipsen’s policies.
• Meet or exceed the region’s sales targets and align field activities to brand initiatives.
• Analyze the region’s business and build short- and long-term plans to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promotional policies.
• Coach sales reps to improve core sales competencies including reimbursement skills.
• Support NSRs’ development and career goals.
• Collaborate with Value & Access and Regional Reimbursement Managers on access strategies.
• Manage region budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives.
• Set expectations for use of approved promotional programs and share market intelligence.
• Develop local opinion leader relationships to support brand objectives.
