Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience in the United States. You will lead, coach, and manage Neuroscience sales representatives within a defined geography, driving regional growth and ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies.

You will build and execute the regional business plan, align field activities with brand initiatives, and partner with access teams to optimize payer engagement and product access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years sales experience in biopharma with 3+ years in Neuroscience leadership.
• Experience with injectable meds, buy-and-bill and specialty fulfillment.
• Extensive knowledge of payer landscape and access drivers.
• Experience with contract negotiation and managed care relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Neuroscience sales force in the region; recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate.
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and align field activities with brand strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans to drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promotional policies.
• Coach NSRs on product and reimbursement/fulfillment skills; manage performance.
• Collaborate with Value & Access, Regional Reimbursement, and Regional Ops teams.
• Manage region budget and build relationships with key thought leaders.
• Communicate market intelligence to brand teams and management.
