Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. You will guide design, deployment, and security for P25-LMR networks across the Midwest region, aligning with mission-critical standards and customer needs.

Exceptional leadership and deep knowledge of transport networks, LAN/WAN, and public safety requirements are essential. This role offers travel, remote flexibility, and a focus on innovative network solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams within a mission-critical/public safety environment.
• Knowledge of ASTRO P25 architecture and network automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs across the region.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise apps.
• Guide regional bid strategies and provide high-quality design guidance to transport networks.
• Ensure documentation of reference designs and adherence to security standards.
