Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team - Network Practice Office to lead a regional team of NSAs across P25-LMR and related networks. The role drives design standards, oversees deployments, and aligns with mission-critical Public Safety requirements.

You will guide autonomous teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and ensure high-quality network designs and secure backhaul architectures. Relocation and travel within the U.S. Midwest may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing technical engineering teams within mission-critical environments.
• Experience designing and deploying LAN/WAN for public safety communications.
• Proficiency with network design tools and test equipment; ability to lead through complex problems.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; develop territory-level training.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct post-sale troubleshooting and ensure adherence to mission-critical standards.
• Provide design guidance for transport networks supporting P25-LMR, LTE, smart public safety, and enterprise apps.
• Review and present technically compelling designs to stakeholders and leadership.
