Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to guide a regional NSAs group. You will lead design, deployment, and security initiatives for ASTRO P25 LMR networks across the Mid‑West and Western Regions, coordinating with the Network Practice Office and other SMEs.

Candidates should have strong leadership, public-safety network expertise, and a track record of delivering complex backhaul solutions while advancing automation and design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public-safety environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, MPLS, LAN switching, and backhaul design.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs delivering network design, backhaul, and security solutions.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with customer applications across the region.
• Present technically compelling designs to stakeholders and ensure adherence to NPO standards.
• Drive automation and tooling adoption to improve design and deployment efficiency.
• Ensure post‑sale escalation management and top‑tier problem resolution for complex networks.
